I feel you. Im irish american and my husband is philippino. Ever since I started dating, my friends and family always complained why don't I date white guys. First of all, it's not like we never did. But when we do, we just weren't that interested. Oh well. I found other races kinda exoctic. And honestly, someone that has a problem with you being with other people, sound like the racists. Not You! People like us enjoy the color and flavor of other cultures and aren't put off by the differences that scare others away. It's like ice cream. Not everyone likes plain vanilla. Taste the flavors of the rainbow and follow your heart. FYI. I suggest manilla flavor.

Dating interracially does NOT make you a racist. You are attracted to who you are attracted to, regardless of race.
Enjoy your interactions with people of races and just ignore poor, misguided people who label you a racist.
Have a lovely rest of the evening.

dating interracially doesn't make you a racist. judging someone by the color of their skin does.
given the diversity of blackness in skin shades, size, facial features, hair, etc, you can't convince me that refusing to date a black man isn't prejudicial. Saying you don't like men who look like Denzil Washinton is showing a preference. Refusing to date in a race that has everyone from Shamar Moore to Terrance Howard to Rick Fox to Omar Epps etc is racist and you should make an honest assessment of yourself.

yes when people make a point of race unnecessarily then they are being racist and just want to enter the racist fray . Join the human race and your racism will be lost . you can't make a racist deal by saying I'm a human and I'm dating another human .
Yes you promote racism for your own self interest.

No, your attracted to who your attracted to. That's not much different than someone who dates only blonds or only brunettes. It's all about what one is attracted to. Maybe the people who say things about that are jealous, because you go for what you want and they just settle for what they have.

It's not racist! I hate how a black guy can go out with another race and nobody will say anything, but when a black girl does it people think she hates her race.

No, it's not racist. You don't hate blacks and you don't look down on them, it's just your own personal preference.
Just like some people don't like dating red heads. It's a preference, and not necessarily due to prejudice (though it is sometimes).

That's not racist... when you date you go after what you find attractive and it's about whatever turns you on or "rocks your boat." LOL.
