When I rock in a rocking chair I feel like a blupeing noise almost like I drank to much but I havent drank anything. What is it?

Has to be fluid in your stomach, fluid/air in your bowels, fluid in your ears, or maybe that microchip that was inserted in you tooth's filling malfunctioning. ha, ha
