Hello - I can help you get pregnant fast. You need to go out and buy an Ovulation Kit called FIRST RESPONSE.
What this kit does it test your urine the very first thing in the morning and when it turns BLUE then you can have a baby.
I really works as I used it as my time clock was ticking. I have 3 healthy boys to prove it. So Good Luck!

Most will tell you to check your cervical mucus. I take my BBT every morning and have done so for several months, so now I sorta know my fertile period

There are a few ways to check if you are ouvlateing, You can check you BBT, (basil body temp), Check the position of your cervix, but insted of me giveing you all the ways here are a few sites i used to help me get pregnant.

You have to take your body temperature for a few months and when it is higher you are fertile.
