Do you mean How much will it cost you to rent a house? That will totally depend on where you live. Typically renting houses costs more than an apartment, but the bonus is that you'll probably have more bedrooms and can therefore have more roomates to help split the rent with. Also, utility bills such as gas and electric usually run more with a house, especially since most houses to rent are older and therefore less energy efficient. I live in Kansas and houses usually rent for between $600 and $700 a month, not including utilities.

how much is your mortgage? you will definitely want to charge more than your mortgage, plus property taxes, and make sure you can afford any repairs that always come up (furnace goes out, need new electrical, pipe bursts), and insurance. plus, you probably want to make a profit too.
