YES HUMANS CAN TALK WITH ANIMALS, YOU HAVE TO BE IN TOUCH WITH YOUR TRUE FEELINGS FIRST AND FOREMOST, BEFORE YOU CAN GET IN TOUCH WITH THE FEELINGS OF THE PARTICULAR ANIMAL THAT YOU ARE TRYING TO COMMUNICATE WITH, ANIMALS GIVE OF SIGNALS ALL THE TIME THAT THEY ARE TRYING TO COMMUNICATE, LOOK AT THE ANIMAL AND WHILE DOING SO LOOK INTO THEM AND YOU CAN HEAR THEIR INNER VOICE, OFTEN ANIMALS FEEL AS THOUGH THEY ARE BEING MISTREATED AND THEY OFTEN EXPERSS IT, BUT HUMANS USUALLY CAN'T HEAR THEM BECAUSE THEY CAN'T COMMUNICATE ON SUCH AN INTIMATE LEVEL BECAUSE OF THE WAY OUR SOCIETY IS STRUCTURED. MOST PEOPLE CAN NOT DELVE DEEP ENOUGH INTO THE SELF

The only animal that can actually communicate with humans is the African Gray Parrot. I have two of them. My older one is about 7 years old and knows what is going on all the time. When I come down in the AM, she says good morning. When I grab a jacket or keys it is See ya later or bye bye. When hungry she asks for corn or an apple. Not kidding check it out and do wome research.

Sure if your willing to listen. They use vocal cues and body posture to comunicate to each other you have to take the time to be quiet, watch, listen and learn. The time you take to observe the animal they will also be watching you weather you think so or not. This, to my personal experience, works for the four footed members and the two footed in my family. Family raise many four footed members and have a whisperer or two within.

Animals don't talk in language form, but they through body language and sound. If a dog is growling at you and is about to bite, you know it is angry.

People can definately communicate with animals. "Talking" can take many forms besides just words out of your mouth.......look at ppl who talk only with sign language or even body language.

You can talk to them, they won´t understand you, but they would figure out some of the meaning by the volume of your voice.
If you shout to a dog, he will get upset.

Yes. If you go face to face with a cat, get perfect eye contact and slowly blink your eyes, They will do the same or give you a kiss. It tells them you love them, and they reply back.

Sure, we talk to our animals all the time. That doesn't mean that they understand us or obey us if they do understand.
