Is there a law in new york state that says how old a person must be to sit at a bar stoole?

Legal drinking in the in the State of NY is 21. That's the age that you are allowed to legally sit at a bar. If an Alcohol Beverage Control Board walks in, notwithstanding the fact that the minor is not drinking, the establishment can be cited for under aged drinking.
