My friend is newly pregnant with her second child and is having some trouble. During her first pregnancy it was discovered that her cervix was very friable and she bled quite a bit. This time around she's bleeding alot and worried that she will not be able to support the pregnancy.
Anyone have experience with this? Any advice on what to tell her?
Yes she has excellent medical care and is being watched carefully, very carefully, so that's not an issue. I just have no idea what to tell her as a friend. Neither she nor I have known anyone else who's experienced this, so we have nothing to compare to. I'm her best friend and I just don't know what to say to support her. HELP!!!!!

I dont have bleeding or anything , but I have a funneling cervix which can cause preterm labor. Im on complete bedrest. All I can say is dont let her over do things and help her out as much as possible. She shouldnt be on her feet for too long at a time and she needs to just take it easy for the whole pregnancy , even though that is very hard to do. Im going crazy here being on bedrest, but I know its for the baby. I hope all goes well for her. Good luck to you. You sound like a great friend.
