No. Love is attainable, but is not without its work. Far too many people have the misconception that love will fix everything and is self-sustaining. It's not. Love takes work... you have to work with your partner to make your love blossom and grow, and if you do not tend to it constantly and consistently, it will weaken. By no means is love a farce.

I guess it depends on the writer, and to genre' the particular playwrite subscribes ...I don't really know...but I do know that "A Flear in My Ear" is definitely a farce...so what I'm saying is, it's all in your particular perception.
