Absolutely Arizona!
Less populated, better weather, and Arizona has a very unique and special beauty. I would not choose Phoenix or the Phoenix area though ... reminds me too much of California urban centers....

Arizona because of the warmer climate, pretty scenery, and lots of wildlife.

Probably Arizona, NO lawn to care for. No mowing, watering, seeding, fertalizing, etc. I HATE yardwork :)
