First off, most black Americans are not African Americans. Most of them have never been to Africa. They are regular Americans. An African American is a person from Africa who becomes an American.
White people who are born here are not European Americans. They are just plain Americans. Now that I have clarified that, let me say this.
An American citizen, born in this country, 35 years of age, or older can run for president. It makes no difference whether that person is black or white, or whether that person is a man or a woman.

Obama was born in the Us(Hawaii) so he is not foreign. You have to be a citizen and be born here to be President.

Yes, as long as they were born here. Most of them have roots in this country longer than mine. All of my grandparents were immigrants.
