He will be coming back soon, he will be releaseing a new movie come April and he will be promoting it, don't expect any matches, but he will be most likely causing some chaos in some sort of way that only Stone Cold can! The movie he will be releasing is called "The Condemned" So be expecting him around release time of this film

He's one of my all-time favorites, but his health won't allow him to ever come back to wrestling.
If he ever returns, which I kind of doubt he will, it would have to be in a non-wrestling role.
