Almost all the way back to the beginning if we look long enough. The thing about looking out is, light takes a finite amount of time to get anywhere, so the light we see left the stars and galaxies long ago, and we are seeing them as they used to be - so if we can look back far enough, we can see the beginning of the universe. But we can't, because there's a point where the matter coelessed and that blocks our view of anything before it.

well when we look into space we are looking every where. space is expanding which means it is a never ending universe. we looking as far as the eye can see

People with good eyesight and lucky enough to be under dark skies can see the Andromeda Galaxy. That's 2+ million light years away.
