i downloaded objects for ma sims 2 game for pc and i put them in mydoc/eagames/sims2/downloads but when i go to the game the stuff the i downloaded isnt there and i didnt get the downloads from sims2.com i got them from modthesims2.com

most of u guys said i need meshes wat is that n wat is a CEP installed?

If you click on the items you downloaded while you're in the folder, there should be a dialogue box asking you to install the item. That should make them available in the game. Some things require meshes, so you may have to figure out what meshes are needed and download those as well.

just like kari n said you need to make sure that you have the meshes and that what you're downloading is compatible with your version of the sims2. second you should download the installer because it will make it easier for you to see your stuff in the game.

You need to have CEP installed, otherwise it won't show. You can download it from the website mentioned below (fab site: lots of objects, cheats & fun stuff for free!) Have fun!
