everyone varies on when they start. My mom got hers at 18 and I was 11 when I got mine so therefore it does not really correlate. Just be patient. It is not anything that exciting, its actually pretty annoying!

Girls start at different ages. I did not start when my mother started, my mother was an early bloomer and my came late. There is no need to worry it will happen, I don't think I have ever heard of a case where a woman never started her period. And beleive me, you may want it now, but later you will be looking back and thinking wow, I really wanted this to happen.

It is OK you have nothing to worry about I know you are ancious to get on with the real teen years we all were, and it will happen.

There is no way to predict your own menarchy, (first period) you are your own person. Anything from medication to physical exercise to genetics from your father can set you on a TOTALLY different path from your Mother or any other female relative. Being scared is normal.

Please spell better, it makes it easier to understand.

It's ok. I was almost 15 before I started mine. Don't be in a hurry for this annoyance to happen ok? You will spend the next 30 years cursing it every month. :)

It is totally not hereditary. You should have put your age because that would have helped. Trust me it will happen. If you are twenty, and still no blood, go to a doctor *wink*
