Culture shock is basically a state of transition, with feelings of discomfort and unfamiliarity that sweep in after one has moved from one place to another or living in a different environment (country for example). Culture is formed by languages, customs, beliefs, daily practice, food, religions as well weather. When one moved to another place, this person is in a culture shock as he or she could not fit his or her original lifestyle in that new place. Instead, he or she has to adjust in order to live in that new place. Culture shock will usually be dissolved after some time living in the new place, a matter of getting used to, of course there are some who could not accept it and still living in agony due to the culture shock and therefore feel more depressed / distress of the living environment.
