hmm...normally d correct way is to use a fork and spoon...u can use the fork to eat the chicken and the spoon to scoop up the rice.(the fork can help you to sccop the rice nearet to the spoon which makes eating it so much easier!!!

Fork and knife. The rice should be sticky enough that is sticks together and is easy to eat with a fork. You shouldn't need a spoon.

Mostly in most parts of Asia, especially in those places where they serve Chicken Rice, it is nearly always eaten with a spoon and fork. So practical really.
