This is somewhat embarrassing, but I have large protruding nipples that are not easy to hide. (Especially during my T.O.M) I can rarely wear light colored shirts without comments, and they're noticeable no matter what. I've tried to even poke them back in (LOL) at all times of the day, but after a while it hurts like HECK! Is there anything I can put over my chest that will make them less noticeable?

I am a guy and I understand your problem because we have a girl in the office with the same problem. This "strange" solution that I just dreamed up might work:
At the drug store you can find special thin foam pads made for putting over sore corns and bunions made for people with these problems on their feet. They are made by Dr. Scholls (maybe called mole-skin) and I believe they are in various sizes, are skin-toned and have a peel-off backing. If you cut out maybe a 2" diameter donut with a nipple size hole in the middle, it should push your bra out in a smooth transition so the nipple stays burried in the donut hole (you might need a couple of layers or more). Worth a try because I can imagine you can be talking to someone and you are aware of where their eyes are. Good luck

Where a well fit, padded bra. Padding can be light to thick depending on what hides the nipples best. You can't change your anatomy without plastic surgery so learn tricks to live with it. Also avoid extremes of hot and cold and don't let the nipples be stimulated (clothing rubbing against them or you trying to "poke" them back...only makes the nipples tighten

Wear a lightly padded bra. That should take care of the problem. The padding will hide your nipples.

Wear a padded bra that should help keep them hidden remember though if your wearing light colored shirts get a white one

The bras will help, but also there are pasties (my girlfriend used to have the same issue you describing) or nipple covers (which slide into a bra). In an emergency you can use band-aids.

the guy in me says the perkier the better but understand you problem. you might want to use bras that are tight or tighter well fitting, because if the material is loose it can let the nipple show more, but if it is tight it may hold your nipple back towards your chest. just a thought... Remember though some girls would kill to have your problem... it is very sexy.

It sounds quit attractive to me but if you are not wanting to be noticed, a good bra and a wollen or acrylic jumper with a thick knit might help.

The same thing happens to my friend. She has just comes to grips with it. Guys are going to look at your boobs anyway. But if you want to try something try putting band aids over them.
