Fear is entirely over-rated

Until you actually get to where the fear is, nothing has happened to fear, Once the thing that has happened is over, there is nothing to fear.

The actuall time of the fearful event is so short, it is not worth worrying about.

Think about this, You are scared to go to the dentist, until you get there, you haven't suffered, after you leave, you are OK, The time you are actually there, is just something that is happening, and will never be as bad as your fear made it out to be.
