Im a Libra and would know the exact answer to this, Libra is symbolic of the element of air. We are not very well-grounded and have the tendency to "float" from place to place because of our tendency to get bored rather quickly. We are not very organizational and have a tendency to procrastinate more than other signs. But we are also very compassionate and associate ourselves with the planet Venus.
