if your hispanic why would you check the first two?

Because, thanks to affirmative action, they have to make sure there are equal nationalities, in other words, if the company has too many whites, they have to hire a black or other race, even if they are not as qualified as the white, to make it more equal, and I'm sure it works the other way around as well.

Employers get federal credits when they hire minorities. It is to their benefit to have minorities on the payroll, so if you are part Hispanic, they do not want you choosing white or black as your ethnicity. It probably makes a difference if you are a black minority versus a Hispanic minority, as to how much federal credit an employer gets. The white majority does not earn an employer any federal credits.

If you see this on a job application report it to the EEOC. It is illegal to discriminate based on race. You may have seen this on applications for school and other government related things. They do this because they're federal laws to try to equal things out for people who are non-white.

Yea, if there are White Mexicans you just know they had to come over here legally. Border Patrol would spot them a mile away in the dark!
