i like to wear black eyeliner all around my eyes. but usually after about an hour, i find little black streaks under my eyes and its so annoying. what should i do?
and if there are any good eye liners that you recomend please tell. i dont really like liquid liner though. pencil only.

I've never come across a pencil liner that didn't smudge... until I discovered Prestige Waterproof Eyeliner. It's cheap and easy to apply and long lasting.

Try putting a little powder under your eyes to hel with the smudging. Most likely your eye liner smudges b/c you have oily skin. So try that. And if that doesn't work, it might be because your eyes are watery then you might have to try something else.

I have no idea, but my female roomate says:
"Clinique makes a product called 'touch base for your eyes' that will prevent your eye liner from running. I recommend #17, Nude Rose, because it also doubles as a light eye shadow."

If you get smudges have qu-tips on hand and a dab a lotion on ur finger tip dab the lotion on ur eye and wipe away with the qu tip. It stops mine from smearing and if it does smear it easy to wipe away with out making ur eye red. Eye liner is just really hard to find one that doesnt smear. Especially if your like me and dont like spending lots of money on make up.

well, to make it last longer, you can do it thicker like on the "lips" of your eye as well as a little over it. I dont know if you understand, but that might make it not smudge.

i think you are using pencil eye liner..i do have similar problem..
try change to liquid eye liner....try canmake..(best) for me so far..
for cheaper liquid eye liner..get from misha

if you trace your eyeliner with a bit of powder eyeshadow it doesn't smudge

try to put liter foundation(than your skin tone) before you put the eyeliner
