How do I make my eyebrows grow?

I am a male and I have eyebrows that really are a mess. They are hairless in places it should have hair and I am wondering what should I use or do to make them grow fullier and brutch. Any products from over the counter at your normal drug stores or products or just simple things I can do to make them grow.

use rogaine, i seen this on tyra! just make sure u dont get it anywhere else but your eyebrows!!!
