Yes, try liquid laundry detergent. My friends wrote all over the wall with it and you cant see it unless you turn on a black light.

you can see all colorless liquids without a black light.
they are a different medium with a different refractive index to that of air and so therefore will refract light. therefore you will be able to see the boundary between whatever medium the liquid is in.

I don't know what one would be, but yes, there has to be because at theme parks, a lot of them use a clear ink on your hand for the stamp. I bet invisible ink works that way too.
