I guess Beckham should bend it now with panache. He's got that 250 million dollar contract with the L.A. team.
Then I guess the next biggest would probably be Shaq, Kobe, etc.

since this question came after the deal to get beckham.... he is now, ....the richest contract ever signed...$250,000,000...fifty mil a year or 4.1 mil month or 1mil a week for five years
