Pregnancy can happen when ejaculate or pre-ejaculate gets in the vagina or on the vulva. Physically, a woman is ready to become pregnant when she ovulates for the first time. Since ovulation usually happens before the first time a girl menstruates, it is possible for a girl to get pregnant before her first period ever comes.
It's hard to know when this ovulation is happening because you can't see it, although most women experience a change in their vaginal discharge during ovulation. If the egg is not fertilized by sperm, the lining of your uterus will shed and come out of your vagina and menstruation begins.
Puberty is when your body changes from a girl's body to a woman's body. It can take several years and usually happens between the ages of nine and 17.
Usually, menstruation begins about two years after your breasts begin to develop and a year after your pubic hair begins to grow. But every girl is different. It also depends on your health and on when the women in your family started their periods. If you're really concerned about not having your period yet, you can talk to your clinician about it.
Hope this information helps!

Yes, It is possible if let's say a 13 year old had sex but she has not started her period she could still have been ovulating. But someone who has not begun menstruating at all should not engage at all, grow up first, learn about your body and what is and what is not possible, don't just leap blindly into stupidity. Educate yourself.
And if a grown woman has not started yet, she should have already been to a physician to know if she can or cannot conceive by the time puberty should have hit.

Yes.
She can get pregnant if she is just about to start her period but hasn't yet. A period follows ovulation, so a girl will ovulate once before she has her first period, and she could get pregnant if she had sex at that time.

actually---yes. you have to ovulate first before you first start, and if you have never started you'll never know when you will ovulate for the first time. if you end up having sex during that time you can get pregnant just like everyone else.
