I am preparing my portfolio for the National Board of Professional Teaching Standards. I have found it to be a very vague and non supportive process. I know too many fellow teachers who have failed and have not been given very much feedback. If you have been or are going through the process...can you help with some advice?

I did it a few years ago and now I mentor other teachers going through the process. It all depends on your district and how supportive they are - ours organizes study groups and helps pair up mentors and people going through the process. If you post your email I'll email you and help all I can.
