Most of the time it is my index finger(but sometimes the others as well) and it happens occasionally. Sometimes it shakes a little crazy then at other times nothing is really happening. Is this from worrying too much and being stressed?

OK...Talking to a Doctor about it is a good idea. You should also be able to talk to an advice Nurse on the Phone. (The sooner, the better) They will ask you things like how old you are, did you fall on your hand or injure your finger? Are you hands cold; what were you doing just before (if anything)...Alot of medicine is questions because they need to gather alot of info to try & put together a puzzle. So, they will ask you if it itches, any redness, scaling, pain, etc. Is it warm/hot; compared to other fingers. Hold up the same finger on the other hand & look to see if they 'mirror' each other. If not, where, how, etc...If it is swollen, Ice, Ice, & elevation. Elevation means higher than your heart. It puts gravity on your side. You may get asked , what seems to you, some 'stupid' questions....stay with it....they are all on your side.. Also check out WebMD.com...good site...keep looking.....u have tons & tons of help here....Good Luck!

Certainly Parkinson's is something that you should be concerned about, however stress will manifest it's self in many ways and certainly through muscle convulsions.

It's definitely worth seeing your doctor for though in any case.

Likely one thing is not from "texting" or playing video games though, as those activities will lead to "repetitive motion disorder" or worse "Carpel tunnel syndrome".

Hope this helps,
all the best.

possibly. Try something. Drink a lot more water. this may stop the shakes. If you are a nervous person, then go buy calcium/magnesium tablets & take according to directions. This should stop the shakes, as it relaxes you.
