i need help finding out what type of virus this is and what it can do to my pc

It looks like a webpage. Are you sure this is a virus?

You should be able to find a variety of names for the infection by sending it through: http://www.virustotal.com/en/indexf.html

You could use the browse feature on the page to locate the file. It should be at:

C:\Documents and Settings\**Your login name**\Local Settings\Temporary Internet Files\exp4[1].htm

You could change "**Your login name**" to the name you use to logon to Windows, then paste your altered version of the location I posted above to Virus Total and click "send"

It will run the file through several scanners and give you a variety of names to look up info on the file by using Google.

You should be able to get rid of it by clearing your "Temporary Internet Files" via "Internet Options" in "Control Panel"
