You need to see your Doctor. He can do a blood test and an ultrasound. The ultrasound is probably the best since the blood test may not show anything that early.

well you don't know for sure unless you get a blood test done before you miss your period. some of the symptoms of early pregnancy are also symptoms of your period coming on.

You don't. Your body might give you "clues" such as slight cramping, raised temperature etc, but these "clues" are also signs of menstruation. You never "really" know until you take that test the day you miss your period.

the only way to know is have a HCG blood test done that gives a Dr. levels that is proof of a pregnancy.

Well for me with my first baby I knew pretty much right away!
I just knew! I'd say intuition!
But, then again with my second I was convinced it was the flu. I wasn't trying that time though.
I think it depends on how well you know your body cause if your paying attention you'll just know.
