I want flats any color. I wear a size 6.5 to a 7. Mabey from $15-$20. I know about payless. But they don't have any other ones. If you've been to DSW is there alot of dressy shoes if there is can you tell me about it like if the shoes aren't easy to tear or cheap prices and if you know any other stores can you give a link to the site. I saw 3 cute pairs at Kohl's, they were made by Bongo... I think. They were in chocolate brown, black, and a kind of shimmery gold color. They were actually really cute. I don't they're too expensive. They would definitely have your size there. I think Kohl's website is kohls.com.

Target has cute shoes that can be found for the price range you're looking for - especially in their clearance section.
I haven't been to a DSW (unfortunately there isn't one in my area) but I have been to Off Broadway Shoes and they have a HUGE selection. Most of their regular priced items will run over your price range but they do have a good clearance section and sales.
