Has LeBron ever explained why bites his nails in an interview?

Every game he is biting his nails I know there is nothing left but stubbs. Has anyone else noticed every game. Has he been addressed by the players on the cavs, after he slobbers down his hand he then has the ball, passing. Germs man germs

I know. Every time he's on the bench and the cameras are on him he is always CHEWING HIS NAILS. IT IS NASTY. I'm glad I'm not the only who's noticed. Good Question :)

ALL PEOPLE THAT BITE THEIR NAILS DO IT OUT OF NERVOUSNESS.
