yes ,,i own a repair shop,and if they broke any of the trim,,or anything about it,,they,ll be responsible for repairing this,,i have never broke one,,but if i did,id repair it,,and i don't think they will argue to much with you on it,,good luck hope this help,s.

Call them and let them know about it. They may agree to fix it, but you'll never know if you don't ask.
Do you have any proof that they broke it? That's going to be the hard part if you decide to take them to the BBB or to small claims court. Both are going to want proof, or it will be your word against that of the shop owner.

take it back to them ASAP ask them to fix it or pay for it to be fixed if they refuse you could try small claims court if you have documentation of the work they performed

Take it back to them and see if they will fess up and take responsibility for it. If not, then it's just your word against their's. Just make sure that you never go back to them if they won't make it right!

take the car back to em. ask for the manager talk to him. if they don't do anything call the better business beru. and seek legal action or just smash out all their windows
