I don't understand, this has been happening and I don't get it, I am 13 in 8th just for an age advice!

They probably like you only as a freind. And alot of freinds like to jug eachother. But maybe they dont want to take their freindship far.

A lot of girls, specially the ones full of themselves tend to be over affectionate to keep guy's attention.
Ignore her, maybe she would notice you and if not then what I said was true.
I only touch or embrace the guy I like.

I think girls your age are not ready for anything and they are mostly playing...
Don't pay too much attention to it, they like you but they are way too young still...
