I've been told several times that i'm good looking but that i'm too quiet. One thing about me is that I enjoy working out alot so when you look at me you'll see well shaped man. Sometimes being "buff" has its downfalls b/c I feel ackward because of my big shoulders and arms. Maybe people think i'm conceded! What do you think when you see someone in shape and strong?

women in general don't feel intimidated by "buff" guys. THey wouldn't think you're conceited just because you have broad shoulders either. All they would see is a fit and healthy guy. As for you being quiet, i like that in a guy, it's better than a guy that talks nothing but constant crap. If you're like me, then you don't speak unless you have something meaningful to say. there's nothing wrong with that.

it's the steriotype of strong guys being tough and popular and really masculine that intimidates people. muscles aren't the only thing I judge a guy by. If he proves that he's kind, funny, and witty it'll break out of any stereotype. if I am going to judge a guy on looks though, I'll think about how he does his hair, his clothes, and his smile (if it seems warm and real) don't worry about intimidating people, be glad you have one more thing to give.

"In shape" means healthy, nothing more. I don't think anything when I see someone in shape.
However, when I see someone who is all built and big, I think they either like to work out a lot or they have an inferiority complex of some sort.

OK. You work hard to keep in shape. How about wearing clothing that doesn't advertise as a tight Tee shirt would. If its covered up, then no one can think you are conceited. What a nice surprise for the girl who was attracted to you because of your sense of humor!

That they take care of themselves. Just because you take pride in yourself does not make you arrogant. It is when you open your mouth and talk. When you talk to a woman that is a chance to prove that you are a man that likes to keep in shape but is a nice guy.

I like guys that look good!!!! Especially when they are buff!!!
I use to feel intimidated when I was around guys that looked buff because I thought that they wouldn't dig me if I didn't look that buff!!!
