Minnesota! You get a taste of all seasons, and in the past years they have had mild winters. Summers aren't over brearing and there are plenty of cities that have pools and water parks to escape to. Great shopping, in Bloomington you can go to the Mall of America and many cities have great malls and outlet malls (Albertville Premium Outlet--A+++). IF you like outdoors, northern MN is the best. You can go to Duluth and see it all on Lake Superior.. waterfalls to wildlife. Best of all, the people are MINNESOTA NICE!!!

New Jersey! It's called the Garden State for a reason... The central and southern regions of the state are beautiful, and you have lots of options within an hour: the beach (NJ shore, home of the MTV Beach House), the mountains (PA), Philly (an hour), the greatest city in the world (New York City!), and DC isn't too far of a drive, either. The beach, the mountains, and three great cities all within a short drive... What more could you want?!

Wisconsin! I love it here. I was raised here. I have lived in other states but always end up back here. It has hills, it's green in the summer, lots of things to do in the summer (hiking, swimming, fishing, a few good clubs in Madison, largest water park, ect.), can ski in the winter, and I think Wi is beautiful all year round. We also have a lot of state parks, I hope to visit them all by the time my kids are grown.

If I cannot have a state of confusion, I would have to settle for Key West Florida. It is the best of both worlds.

I use to think Florida when I was younger.I lived there for 7 years and moved back to Ohio.
In my opinion it depends on your life style.
