Yes, there are a few. But if Mayor Nickels has anything to do with it, there won't be a nightlife for anyone of any age!
There was a Teen Dance Ordinance, archaic and boring, they revised that recently, but it all has to do with the Liquor Ordinances and restrictions on establishments that serve liquor.

The youngest club in Seattle that I know of is Club 131, but thats for people 18 and older. Theres a club in Kent called Club Element and its for people 16 years old and up. You might want to check that out..its not too far off of 167.

I believe the Vera Project is all ages. Not sure if it's what you're looking for. Not so much a dance club, but a rock club with local rock acts. They might have a dance night or something like that .
