Hi. Some online videos (actually most) do not support full screen resolutions. If you use Windows Media Player and you press F11 the video will appear as large as it's supported.

If you right click and it is a flash presentation that appears to be just a fact of life. It is the same way for everybody. Other formats require players rather than only plugins but do allow it to be full screen. Howevery the browsers are distributing with flash plugins so flas has the advantage of being more likely to work.
