I wouldn't call it scary but it's found in the horror section. Dracula 2000
Also, the Crow has some really disturbing parts but again I wouldn't call it scary.
Ones that are truly scary that are good are Skeleton Key and Red Eye. I can't stomach alot of gore and guts.
