how do you make a account on your network a roaming profile?

You have to copy the profile to a server share and than enter the path to that profile in the users account. Typically their profile path. You can use My Computer Properties or copy the profile manually just make sure you set the correct permissions on it.

So long as you have access to the server, you just click on "roaming profile" and that will activate it, You have to have admin rights. Works that way when I do accounts through Active directory.
