Stop for a minute.
There are causes/reasons for these less than satisfactory results and they need to be determined and explored. Is the work too difficult? Is the delivery of the subject matter too fast paced? Are you having trouble understanding what is expected of you in these subjects?
You need to find out where and how you are failing and determine ways to improve your subject outcomes. Ask your teachers for an easier work load - explain to them that you are having difficulty and they should be able to assist you with perhaps an easier delivery (slower paced) or even an easier stream of the same subject.
Having said that; there are Tutors who teach in a wide variety of subjects so there should be one who is able to assist you should you require one. A tutor would certainly be able to offer you one-to-one tuition and guide you through the more difficult aspects of each subject and you may also benefit from a more determined study-load.
'D's are certainly less than favourable but there's room for improvement if you are willing to work smarter and more effectively. Set yourself some study goals and work your way to achieving them. Then set new ones (higher) and get to them. You may surprise yourself - even at 'D' level outcomes; 'A's are not an impossibility.

Go for it! Good luck.

If you're getting Ds O would suggest a tutor or else you might start flunking. There are specific tutors, look on web. Have fun!

Perhaps you need a method of retention, and not a tutor. There are many different ways of presenting information that will increase retention (memory). My email is open if you need some advice or help.

You definately need someone to show you what to do to improve your grades. The thing to do is talk to your teachers, your parents, and school counsellor. They'll knnow how to figure out what you need--and if that means someone to tutor you in history, science, or anything else, they'll know how to find one. Good luck. :)
