as a Canadian myself, I remind you that on Martin Luther King day, which is always observed close to the date of his birth (jan.15) Americans are supposed to reflect upon the legacy of a man who was killed in the midst of Black liberation in America. All Americans should reflect upon King's organized and led marches for blacks' right to vote, desegregation, labor rights. Martin Luther King Day was founded as a holiday promoted by labor unions in contract negotiations. Martin Luther King Day is the only United States federal holiday commemorating an African American and one of only four to commemorate an individual person. The day is marked by demonstrations for peace, social justice and racial and class equality, as well as a national day of volunteer community service.

What do we do on Washingtons birthday? Presidents Day, All those days off some people get around the Christmas Holidays and all?

are not you fortunate!! i don't have a role on the present second, so I actual have each day without work, lol. Its my selection regardless of the reality that, so its all good. very last day replaced into December 19th, actual loved the Christmas week and took per week to florida. Now Im again and want to hit upon a clean job <3

Only people who work for the government and the blacks have the day off from work . For the rest of us hard-working middle class white people it is business as usual !!

I go to the range for the whole day. I would rather have school, nothing for me to do but go to school.
