Being all of these things I celebrate everything. Yet a friend of mine one day I think was talking to me and someone I didn't know and was like oh she's only part (something) like it was nothing.I was hurt, she happend to be another asian and I was hurt like oh it's a dime or something, adding to that I told my other friend that my cousin who's philippine was coming to visit and she was like " I wish I new an asian", I said you know me and she was like oh your only half? How come people seem to just overlook it, I don't walk to people and be like your half white that's nothing she's full white. I just like to know what you think? Am I over reacting, I didn't go off but it still bothers me, you know!

You are what you are, celebrate all of your heritage and don't listen to insensitive people. :)

Hey listen, You're in American, If you are anything besides
European/American there's always something like that to
deal with. As you get older you will become less bothered
with the ignorance. You will find out in this country there are
few thinking people. People make their choices and decisions
on the limit of their knowledge. Most of them don't mean to
hurt your feelings. You don't have to insult them, but you can
always enlighten their thought process by allowing them to
think. If they don't get it, don't worry, it's their ignorance.

I have to give your family credit.....we don't celebrate everything in my family because of all the cultural mixes and religious variations. It's just too much going on and everyone is scattered about. How your family manages to do it is impressive, not to mention get along to celebrate everything.
Don't care about these girls who pick on or insult you, they only want to get you down and below them; which proves they're only jealous and they don't know how else to get back at you. Love who you are because you're unique. No one can take that away.

Don't mind them. Some people regard 'pureness' as better, and some people prefer diversity. I favor the latter. Your diversity enables you to be everything and anything. You can understand multiple views and cultures. I myself am completely asian, but I wish I could have such as broad outlook as you. You're very lucky.

well, not to judge, but by the way you talk, you sound kinda young. don't let things like this bother you. i know easier said then done. just be happy to be you, if people can't accept that you are proud of who you are, oh well, that's on them.

No, your not overreacting. Your friends are just immature. No offense, most teens are. Be proud to be mixed! I think being all those things is awesome!

That's messed up. Now, they know durn well, they can't complain about racism in America, when they don't act polite towards someone who is genetically connected to them. That's freaking messed up.
