This goes to all the girls in the 20-25 age group...Do you place more emphasis on the guys' height or his personality if you want to make the decision to date him or find him attractive? I mean what's the ideal height that you'd be comfortable with?

Honestly, to some women height does make a difference. To others, the ones that are nice, sweet, caring and not stuck up it doesn't. One of my ex (not because of height) boyfriends was several inches shorter then I am. It didn't bother me. I have met some very attractive people and after knowing them a little while they did not appear as attractive as I first thought. It was all because of their personality. I also met someone I wouldn't have looked at twice. Once I got to know him, I fell in love and have been married for almost 4 years. By the way he's not what you would consider tall.

I'm 6' tall and I swore I'd never date anyone shorter than me...and then I fell hard for someone who is 5'10" and we've been together for like, 3 years. Most girls want someone a bit taller than them, but when it gets right down to it, personality is so absolutely key that it of course trumps height.
And if a guy is reallyreally cute, then height is even less of a problem.

Personally, height really doesn't matter. I dated a guy who was an inch or two shorter than me, but at times it did feel weird, specially when I would wear heels. I prefer someone taller, so I can look into their eyes =) I'm just a hopeless romantic. But I wouldn't turn someone down JUST based on their height.

Personality is definitely more important. But to be honest I do prefer someone who is aleast my height b/c I like to make eye contact when talking, prefer to wear heels, and I feel more protected when my partner is taller. I know, I know some of the reasons may be silly, but their honest answers. My ideal hieght is aleast 6 feet tall.

Defintely the personality has to be great. I don't know. I don't have that much love for the shorties regardless to excellent personality. I just can't being in public with someone that could be possibly needing a booster seat still. Not trying to funny here. This is serious!!!

height isn't really an obligation for me, being that i am 5'9" and there are rarely any guys taller than me anyways. the personality is the thing that make the person stand out, not thier physical height.

I'm all for personality. The height shouldn't matter. I am 5'3'' and as long as they are my height or taller (which isn't hard to achieve), I'm fine with them.

My husband is the same height as me.

It's the whole package and height shouldn't be the only variable.
