Are you talking about the speech he gave on January 10, 2007? If so, it's on the White House website. Go to www.whitehouse.gov. Near the botton of the page click on "President's Address to the Nation" or click on Current News under News on the left side of the website then scroll down to January 10, 2007 and click on "President's Address to the Nation." It will give you the text of the speech. If you want to view the speech, click where it says "President's Remarks" at the top of the page where it says "Video/Multimedia." Click on Real or Win. The video will then play on the player you selected.
