He thinks he will get full custody of our 3 yr old daughter, and is draging out the divorce for over a year now. I have a total of 4 kids and I'm a good mother. I just want it over so I can moe on with my life. How can I get him to realize what he wants is never going to happen?

Ack! You may have to wait this out.
When another woman comes along, and especially if she's got her own kids, he'll be so wraped up in all that jazz,
your daughter will be lucky to see him.
Hang in there, love!
At least she will feel wanted by both sides for a good portion of her life, not liek she wasn't worth fighting for, not like she was just abandoned.
Take heart.

Have you ever considered that he may want his child as much as you want your child? If he is a good father, then consider joint custody and for the sake of your child make it as amicable as possible. If he is not a good father and you think joint custody is not the best answer then you just need to follow the road until all of the battles are fought! There are ways to finalize the divorce decree without finalizing the custody agreements, talk to your lawyer! Good Luck to you and your family! I hope it all works out!

You can't. Just keep on being a good mom, and move on with your life. You don't have to put it on hold just because he wants to make your life impossible. Don't give him that control over your life.

get that OSC hearing fixed. get your date. how is he dragging this out? at some point the judge is going to get tired of continuing the case. if you have custidy now...the judge will not remove her from her home without good cause. and it would have to be so bad....CPS got involved.
