Done this before. Actually had a bug-eating contest with my mate. I ate lots of ladybugs, and I'm still standing. Actually, right now sitting, but......Still alive.

If it is, it is poisonous regardless of whether your uncle ate it. If a tree falls in a forest, it still makes a sound whether you're there or not. However, if your question is 'are ladybirds poisonous?', then the answer is obvious- do you think swallowing a ladybird will actually affect his health?
