I can see the clock in the kitchen from where I'm sitting and I look at it constantly to make sure I don't spend too much time here.

Usually in the mornings when I know I have to drop the kids off at school and again when I have to pick them up from school. Or before one of my kids sporting events or when they need to go to bed to get adequate sleep for the next days events.
