i need to write a essary for a job ,and don't know how .please help

The first thing you should do is either learn how to spell (or use use spellcheck). The second thing you need to do is learn proper English grammar and sentence structure.

Assuming you are writing a resume:

"I need help writing a resume. Can anyone help?"

Assuming you are writing an essay:

"I need help writing AN essay. Can anyone help?"

You might be the most qualified person in the world, but if you are lacking in grammar and spelling skills, your resume/essay will go right into the trash can.

Write about a useful topic that you know well. Preferably something that is related to the business involved but if not then just anything that you know and care about. Don't copy it from somewhere else you are going to end about talking about whatever it is for months afterwards so you had better know about it. If it were a garage and you wrote about maintaining your moterbike that would be great but if it is an investment bank and you write about your motorbike that is fine too. If you wrote about managing pention schemes for an entry level job they would think that was very strange. Whatever you care about.

Hi. Do you mean resume? Just list your qualifications and experience in the field you are trying to enter. Research what the company is looking for and stress those the highest. Good luck!

Two things stick out in my mind with your question. (1) you haven't figured out spell check. " You fail" (2) about what job?
One must know the subject before writes an essay.
