I would say the easiest is Spanish because it's phonetic and many of the words are cognates of English words
the most difficult? Hungarian and Japanese.
Any language that doesn't have much in common with your first tongue will be hard to learn, but definately not impossible (different alphabets are difficult because an english speaker will not be able to relate to the lettering immediately. So arabic, russian, and hebrew will be challenging, but of course, possible. It just takes practice, determination, and effort!! Going to the country itself does wonders too.)
Of course, it always depends on your first language- ie a native chinese speaker would be able to learn japanese faster than the native english speaker- but these, in general, are the easiest/hardest languages to learn!

I know for sure that English is the easiest language to learn.

I heard the hardest is Japanese and Chinese, but I also heard that German is the hardest compared to Russian and French.

Arabic and Hebrew maybe considered hard to learn for ppl who can't pronounce certain letters like kh, qh (light k), heavy t, etc.

It depends on your native language. For me, Japanese was very hard to learn but I haven`t taken a Spanish or Italian lesson in my life and I can understand and speak these languages pretty ok.
If you`re an English native speaker than German shouldn`t be such a problem. However, Asian languages are a bit of a problem.

I think Spanish is an easy language to learn. Most of its verb forms are regular and the pronunciation is quite easy. I've heard that English is a very hard language to learn, but since it is my mother tongue it is hard for me to judge. In my own experience, I've found Mandarin to be quite hard to learn because of all the tones.
