That's the confirmation effect. You see it everywhere because you're looking for it. Try looking for a different number instead and you'll see that. There are numbers everywhere, but you usually don't remember them for any reason.

I know of nothing special about either number, nor have I seen them show up disproportionately. Are you sure you haven't somehow become supersensitive to these numbers?
